Volunteering
The Tadlock PTA would love to have you volunteer for all of the amazing events and activities we do throughout the year! In order to volunteer you must have your background check done through the FISD Voly website (please see the button below).
When adults volunteer, all students benefit! There are many opportunities for parents and community members to get involved! Your help is needed! Complete the Volunteer Interest form and we will be in touch with you!
Tadlock Annual Health Screening Day
Our annual health screens (hearing, vision, and scoliosis) for grades 1st, 3rd and 5th will be on 12/11/25. Our school nurse needs a few volunteers to help assist with calling and escorting students to their screening that morning. Please click on the image below to sign-up to volunteer.
Teacher/Staff Luncheon Volunteers
Friday, December 12th
The Tadlock PTA will be providing a luncheon for all of the teachers and staff at Tadlock Elementary. We need some help with set-up and clean-up that day. Please follow the link HERE if you would like to volunteer to help out.
Winter Party Decorating Volunteers
Thursday, December 18th: 3pm-5pm
We need several volunteers to help on December 18th from 3pm-5pm, to help decorate for the Winter Parties. The link to sign-up can be found on Voly HERE.
Winter Party Volunteers
Friday, December 19th
The Tadlock Winter Party will be on Friday, December 19th. Be a part of the Merry & Cheer on our last day of the year! Our Winter Party is made up of games & a craft for the kids to enjoy during their Specials time that day. It takes place in the gym and we need your help! We are looking for help decorating, setting up, running the stations, chaperoning the kids and cleaning up. Please note that the Station Volunteers will stay and help out during that time on one particular game. The Chaperones are given a group of kids and guide them to each station.
